Windows isn't detecting LAN

I just recently built a new computer. It worked fine for about a week, running Windows 7 on a 120GB SSD and Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon on a 1TB HDD. Recently, when I turned on the computer, Wndows was not connecting to the Internet through the PCIE WiFi card. I then lugged the computer to the office and hooked it up to the router through a CAT 5e ethernet cable, in hopes of updating drivers. Windows still claimed it had no network connections. At this point I was having suspicions, so I booted up Linux Mint. Sure enough, Mint recognized both the Ethernet cable and the wifi network. After loading Windows again, there were no network drivers, including a LAN driver. Any ideas?

Solution
I would download the latest Windows 7 drivers from the manufacturer support web site using another computer onto a USB stick and then use that to install them all on your machine.
