Windows ISO To USB Not Working

Hello,

I have recently completed building my first rig, and am now onto the process of installing windows 10 OS onto it. I have a activation key and therefore simply need to install the ISO onto the PC. However this hasn't been working. I installed the Windows 10 64 Bit ISO onto my other computer and then tried to use Microsoft bootable USB/DVD tool to put it onto a USB. However once the loading bar reached 100%, an error message popped up with something about bootsect. I then tried to install the ISO onto my macbook pro and use bootcamp assistant to make a bootable USB. But this failed also. Anyone know what is wrong??? Thanks

Hi! Have you tried the software called Rufus? I have never had an issue with this software and it is easy to use. If that doesn't work for you, I would suggest trying to use a different USB or re-downloading the ISO from Microsoft or another source.

use the windows 10 media creation tool. You do more than just download the iso and drop it on a usb stick. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
