Question Windows just freezed and nothing happens

Hello, i just got a bsod and said something about memory and then after I restart the computer my pc just don't load, and I can't do anything it's just loading something and nothing happens, i can't even open the task manager to run explorer, i can't do anything.
I have win 10 (ignore my win XP wallpaper )
