[SOLVED] Windows Keep clicking my mouse constantly

Hello, today I was downloading something from mixdrop and when I pressed download on it, all my chrome tabs closes and now my mouse keeps on clicking. It isn't an issue with my mouse since I have tried my spares. I am running windows defender right now to check for viruses. I was wondering if anyone else had an issue like this and knows how to solve it.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
