Question Windows key + Number Refresh issue

I cannot find anything on Google, but with every browser , even freshly installed, whenever I press windows key + number onto lets say Opera it would refresh Specifically Toms page to the forums main page...
Only happens to Toms hardware site.

I work off of a Windows 7 system, if you press the windows key and then a number key(provided you have an app in your taskbar, you will have that app open up. For me app number 6 is Firefox, so that opens up.
