As stated in the title, i cannot perform those functions. Also, creating a shortcut to settings doesn't work as my pc cannot find the file?? This starting happening tuesday.
I have tried doing every copy and paste to powershell and cmd.
safe mode does make it work.
i called ms support with 3 different technicians and they all said that i have to upgrade to their paid tech support plan. Like no thx. How is this problem that difficult?
