"windows" light indicator on keyboard

So on my Marvo Scorpion ghost gaming keyboard "K621",in the top right corner where you have the 3 light indicators,other then CapsLock and NumLock theres also a light indicator called "windows" and and I was woundering what does that button do?
As far as I remember,I have never seen it turn on.

Maybe an indicator for disabling the Windows keys. Common feature on gaming keyboard.
