Hi. i first installed windows 7 on one drive and it was good. but when i installed ubuntu on second drive i cant boot in windows. in bios in boot order stands just ubuntu. when i change bios to default settings then it boots in windows and cant boot in ubuntu.
what can i do? i installed ubuntu with usb stick.

When you installed the Linux, did you have both drives connected?

i first put in laptop ssd 120gb and installed windows 7. after that i removed ssd and put msata 64gb and installed ubuntu from usb.
Before 3 days i had lubuntu on msata and windows on ssd and i didnt had problem. i was booting from bios but now with ubuntu i have problem.

Right.
Installing each OS with only that particular drive connected means you have to select the desired drivew ans OS from the boot menu.

If you had done this:
Install Windows
Install Linux with both drives connected

...the Linux boot system (GRUB) would have taken over, and given you a menu of what OS to boot int at startup.

As it is....you need to go into the BIOS to select.
