Question windows live emails

I'm 87 and do not know too much about my computer, however whilst removing one of my windows live email contacts i unfortunately deleted them all.............Senior Moment i think.
I would like to ask the forum is iit possible to recover my contacts ?
if so i would be grateful to members for their assistance.

"Windows live email" - are you using online / web Outlook.com, or a computer program for that? If latter - what OS, and what program?
