Windows Live Mail Problems

Website "Tom's Hardware" keeps sending me these messages saying that there has been a reply but there are none here. I have created my own fix for this problem - Delete "Windows Essentials" and therefore, Windows Live Mail and download and install the "eM Client" e,ail program. This one has been the best out of all I tried that was easy to import contacts and email msgs from WLM, plus setup the way I want. Others I tried were Thunderbird, Pegasus, Incredimail, Postbox, Sylpheed, iScribe etc to name most of them, but there were others. WLM worked great for about a year but when a Microsoft product plays up it is hard to get it fixed or help from Microsoft. the tech people I spoke to at Microsoft were only helpful in passing the buck to someone else.

Hi Diasin, Sorry but this should actually be part of my other thread. Accidentally typed this in the wrong area, but I now see that a green box comes up in the area of your message that would allow me to mark an answer as "BEST". This is something else that the msgs I am receiving are asking for. It would allow me to more or less close the thread.
