windows live mail

Have error 0x800ccc0d when opening windows live mail. Re-entered pop3and stmp plus I deleted account and re-entered with no help. Other computer is OK

If outgoing server name contains the above letters, that's wrong. easy mistake to make.
Should be typed as smtp for "simple mail transfer protocol" (that's how I remind myself which way round the letters should be typed, I say the full name to myself).
