Windows Live Photo Gallery missing driver

Somehow a couple of months ago my Windows Live Photo Gallery stopped working and gives this message in a small window, "Photo Gallery can't start because Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is missing. Would you like to go to the Microsoft Download Center to install it?" and gives the two buttons on the bottom "Go to download Center" and "Cancel". If I press got to download center it gives this error message first before opening the website, "Windows Live Photo Gallery encountered an error and can't start, Error code:0x8007045a. The website tells me that this download is no longer available. I have a backup of the whole PC drive on an external hard drive but I don't know how to do a recovery from it using the driver section it is on the main driver is G and the backup is on the H partition. Can anyone help me fix this please? I don't want to loose all my photos that are in this app. This is on my laptop running Windows 10.

mendozajm13: Just to inform you that Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is not a "driver" as you seem to think, it's an embedded database.

If you re-install WLPG it should restore the missing component.
