I just built new pc. Rog asus maximus x code gaming motherboard and i have m.2 970 nmve samsung. When i install windos i get windows loop. Why cant i install windows?

We need you provide more info, also do you read the manual carefully, because when you used the m2 SSD, the M2 socket and pcie slot, even the SATA ports will share the bandwidth.

im using dvd drive i got windows on disk. Its windows home. Yeah my computer can read the 2tb hdd i got and the 500 gb samsung 970 evo nmve ingot in the motherboard. I put in the disk, follow instructions, i click install to 500 gb samsung and it install files then just crashes at 0 percent. I got blue screen consistently, it restart itself just to blue screen. Im at work rn ill post pics after work.
