[SOLVED] Windows Mail error 0x80072af9

Hello all,
I am trying to fix an issue of not be able to receive e-mails using Windows Mail. When I tried to retrieve e-mails, it doesn't find any e-mails but give me an error code 0x80072af9. I looked up and it said that anti-virus program might be a cause of this, but I disabled it and still can't get any e-mails. Yes, I sent an e-mail from other computer and I know that I should be getting that e-mail.

Any solutions?

Can you please try the solution given by Hax01 here and see if it helps?

Also, if not already done yet, please try disabling Windows Defender as well. You can find more details about his here.
