I have Windows 10 and I want to factory reset (delete all my files too, FRESH install of windows).
I have a custom build computer, so I do not have a traditional factory reset button in my settings.
I don't have a backup, I forgot to make one however I will make one later!

If I use the Media Creation Tool to do a factory reset (delete all my files), I will get Windows 10 again as a fresh copy, right?
If so does it copy all the drivers or do I have to download and install them again? Or does it do all the work for me and install the latest drivers by itself?

Solution
The Media Creation Tool creates an install disk (DVD or USB Stick) that is used to install Windows 10, just like you would install any previous version of Windows. The caveat is that you do not need a Product-Key, just select skip when asked for a key during installation. Since you already had Windows 10 activated on that system, it will activate again once the install completes (the activation for Windows 10 is stored on their servers).

To due a fresh install make sure to boot the install disk you create with the Media Creation Tool, and select Custom Install (don't just run setup from within Windows while it's running). Windows 10 will install generic drivers, but you still need to download and install...

Windows 10 will install generic drivers, but you still need to download and install drivers for your specific hardware for it to run optimally. The PCPartpicker link you provided isn't working, so I can't see your system. But as a general rule for Intel based systems, manufactures are fully supporting Haswel (LGA1150) and later. Some support Ivy Bridge (LGA1155) and possibly Sandy Bridge (LGA1156). If Windows 10 drivers are not available, many people have success using Windows 8.1 drivers.

PCPartpicker finally loaded, guess their site is slowwww today. Nice system you have there. Good news is Asus has all the drivers for your motherboard updated for Windows 10, and you can just grab the latest graphics driver from Nvidia for your GTX 980.

So I don't need specific LAN drivers, etc. etc. on a USB readily available to download it, however I should download it from the website ASAP after I do a custom install?

It will install whatever drivers are on the install media, some will be device specific (ie Intel AMD etc.) although not the latest, a lot are generic. You will have to go through the Dev Mgr one by one a update them.
