Windows media creation tool not working

I am trying to create a bootable OS for a newly built pc with the windows 10 media creation tool, but after I click all the settings I get an error saying: "there was a problem running this tool"
with an error code of: 0x800704DD - 0x90016

I would like to know if this is an error on my part or the creation tools part

Make sure you are on an account that has admin privileges and run the tool as administrator. If that doesn't work, you might try Rufus instead:

Thank you for the help, I also have another question, after the OS is loaded into the usb how would I go about loading it into my new pc?

Put in a USB port, start the computer, and then hit F12 or whatever key your motherboard uses for Boot Options Menu. Select the USB and and your set. Alternatively, you can go in to Bios and change the boot order to use the USB first. If it doesn't recognize the USB, try using different ports. On some boards, not all the USB ports are enabled on startup.
