Windows Media Creation tool stuck at 0.

So I was trying to create a bootable usb for windows 10 and used the media creation tool for this purpose. At the first try it got stuck at about 37% so I closed it and restarted it the next day but now it does not even go past 0. What should I do?

Edit : Just so you know I've been facing other problems like this. My browser(any browser) takes like 1 minute to load the first page but once it connects to the internet its fine but if I restart it it will again take a min to load the page.

how much free space on the boot drive? it needs about 8gb free to make the iso... that could be 1 reason it gets stuck.

I would make it on another PC that doesn't have problems. Less chance of corrupting the ISO.
