I got an ssd and reinstalled my windows on it and set my music files on to my hdd. Windows media player installed in my ssd (is there any way i can install it to my hdd?). I created a new folder on the HDD with the directory changed from C drive to D drive. The only thing is that the "library" tab is greyed out. I have the sub folders, music, videos, etc. But it's annoying since i used to just play my music from the library tab and it would scroll to where the song is in the library and i could delete it from there. Now i only only play music by creating a playlist, and if i want to delete a song i have to right click it select file location and delete it from there. I also use WMP since it's the easiest to sync with galaxy.

You can't install WMP on a different drive to Windows precisely because it's integrated with Windows, and anyway that's not the reason for your problem.

"Library" is greyed out in my navigation pane too, so that's quite normal. I haven't created any media libraries because frankly I don't wish to.
However, if you click "Organise" below the tab-bar on the left-side, then click "Manage Libraries >> Music", you can then "Add" the location of music files on your old hard drive and make that the default location. You can do the same for videos and pictures too.
