Windows Media Player "Server Execution Failed"

I've tried multiple "fixes", nothing fixed.

It runs extremely slow when opening any media file.
Need a fix

I'm currently running Version 1709 (Windows 10)

Don't use media player use vlc.

Okay, I have VLC already, it is good and all. But it's really ugly.
VLC doesn't show Album Art either. Plus it doesn't work with my "Pause" "Stop" hotkeys on my keyboard.
