Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool Freezes at 99%

When I run Windows memory Diagnostic Tool it will freeze at 99% can't click f1 or esc my memory
is a ddr3 corsair vengeance set at 1866 mhz and the voltage is set at 1.65 I don't why it freezes
when I use memtest It works perfectly

WMDT sucks. If you've run Memtest for seven FULL passes, this will take hours and hours, on all modules individually, do not test all modules at the same time or the results will be unreliable, and it passes, then more likely than not it's ok although we've seen many cases where memory passed ALL the common diagnostic tools and was still faulty.

What is the model of your memory modules, motherboard and cpu? What is the problem you are having that has led you to testing the memory?
