Windows menu layout

So I've been changing some settings on windows to get the best settings for gaming and that changed how my windows menu layout looks like as shown: http://prntscr.com/k56m2y
If anyone can help me is there anyway I can get it back to default, thank you.

You've removed some of the "stock" tiles, and you'd need to re-add them by selecting them from the program list, right clicking and "pin to start".

As for the full menu: Start>Settings>Personalization>Start

I believe everything is set to "on" by default.
