Windows Message Slow Performance

After Exiting a benchmark (Rome 2's inbuilt on) I received a message from windows saying pc performance slow recommending change to basic color scheme to improve performance. Should i be worried about this message or was windows only saying this because it detected a lack of resources due to me playing a demanding benchmark.

Should be fine, probably just from the benchmark.
