To keep it simple here we go.

I have gotten new parts together for a new build.
Only 3 parts are being transferred which is the graphics card hard drive and power supply.

I know the psu has little to do with it.

The new and old processors are Intel made.

Anyways seeing as I am keeping the HD is there a way to keep my Windows?

If so with it being Windows 7 what do I need to do?

Thanks in advance!

Two options:
1) Use Windows prep tool for 'out of box experience'. Guide here: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/making-sure-windows-7-will-boot-after-changing-the-motherboard/
2) Use bare metal migration tool. Some popular tools have trial periods that may work for you. Check out Acronis
