Question Windows Minimizing Tabs OS Freeze

So I just got a new hard drive a few days ago in my laptop because the 2 other have corrupted why video editing now when I minimize any tab 4/10 times it will freeze the Whole OS ive already done a Drive Scan No errors were found is it Something To Do With A Windows Update?

Make and model of laptop. This is you third hard drive that has become corrupted, perhaps the problem is not with your hard drives. When you get a new hard drive do you do a clean install? Have you upgraded your RAM? If you have problems after a hard shutdown. you should try a cold boot. Unplug your AC adapter, remove the battery and press the power button for 5 seconds. Wait 10 minutes, reinstall your battery, plug in your AC adapter if necessary, and then boot up with the power button. You should also turn on the Task manager Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if your video editing software or another program is using all your CPU resources.
