Windows Network Browsing

I have two Disjoint Active Directory domains with no trust relationship whatsoever between them. There is network Connectivity however.

There are 6 Subnets.
Domain A is entirely on subnet 6
Domain B spans subnets 1,2,3,4 & 5

I have WINS setup on a server which is joined to domain B. I would like to be able to browse both domains whether I am on a pc on Domain A or B.

I am not able to get this working.

I just know how to ask for precisely what I want. But anyway I got it working.
