[SOLVED] windows no text at all and i can't open windows start

So, I just reset my computer and it works fine before i shutdown the computer.
the problem are no text on everything and i can't open windows start at all.

do you guys have any solution?

In the Search box (next to Start button) type CMD. Then right-click where it says "Command Prompt" and click "Run as administrator".
Now in the window that opens type these two commands, one at a time:

• SFC /scannow
• Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Now when you get your system running normally, you should make periodic full system backups so you'll have a quick and easy way to recover from situations like this.

Then make a REPAIR disk on another Windows 10 system, boot from it, and see if it will help. If not, you may have to format the C: drive and reinstall Winows.

What happens if you hit Windows Key + R? Does the Run dialog appear?

Does hitting Windows Key+X bring up the pop-up menu that includes Command Prompt (Admin)?

there is no text on both of them. but, when it comes to windows key + x i try to look on my laptop to qeualize so i can choose cmd admin. when i click it, windows powershell admin appear.
Is there any good?
