So as mentioned I had to replace my motherboard as the other one had burned out, It is the same type of motherboard as previously used but when I turn on my PC it goes onto window 10 log in screen and once i log in the computer display goes all binaryish and the computer shuts off. Has anyone got any solutions or what could be causing the problem.
Any help would be appreciated :)

I think I may have got it working, I changed out the leads for the hardrive and Graphics card and so far seems to be working. Must have been a faulty lead. Thank you for the help and hopefully it stays working :)

The top of the motherboard was shooting out sparks but the only thing near it was my fan and AMD processor (which i hope isnt damaged). I currently cannot get into the BIOS, I am downloading windows 10 fixer onto USB to see if this helps.

What is the brand and model (not just wattage) of your PSU?

Sparks "shooting out" of a PC does not bode well. If you're getting to the Windows 10 login screen, your CPU is probably fine. Your hard drive and/or graphics card could be damaged though.
