Windows not booting with 2 sticks in

Hello I recently bought another 8 gb of RAM to match my other ram stick and make 16 gb. I made sure to check and buy the same model and eveything. My computer won't boot for some reason when I out my RAM inot Dim 2 and 4. I have a MSI z170 gaming M7 motherboard

For some reason the ram works together in dim slot 3 and 4 but that wouldn't be duel channel would it?

make sure the mb bios is up to date. the ram is running becuase bot hdimms are in the other bank. so there may be a issue wit hthe new and old dimms mixing.

i updated my BIOS and download all the MB drivers and tired again. No luck

I'm seeing post codes 32 35 37 40 and 55
