Question Windows not booting

Hi, I recently moved from Argentina to Spain. I had my pc working correctly so I dissembled it to bring it with me to Spain. When I mount it again windows doesn’t boot anymore and the logo of the bios took around 20/30 seconds in appear and then appears the bios setup. I had windows installed on a m2. I had a Msi A320M -A PROMAX and i thought that maybe the problem was the motherboard so i changed it to a msi B450M Mortar max but the problem remains. This motherboard has a debug light and when i start the computer, during the time the screen is black, before the bios logo appears, the VGA light stays on. What could be the problem? CPU: RYZEN 5 3500,
GPU :Zotac gtx 1660 6gb,
Ram: 8gb DDR4,
Power supply: 700w cooler master,
120gb ssd nvme m2,
1tb hdd

If i put a usb with Windows the computer boot on the usb but is all very slow, appears the window with selection of language, etc, i press continue and start loading but after 30min is still loading, i dont known what can be happening.
