Windows not detecting Display port, but radeon is.

My monitor has detected the input, windows shows it in a tiny gray box, but radeon detects it, how can i fix this?

Update: monitor detects the port, but is still black saying no signal.

While Radeon Settings does seem to detect that a device is connected it doesn't seem to know what it is. Your display settings window shows no device name. Which is a bit odd. Could you click on the spec button and post that information. I'd also if possible check the connection and maybe try another cable if possible.
