New laptop Lenovo s145
12gb ram
I5 82650u
Mx110 2gb ddr5

Windows 10 can't detect mx110 or the uhd 620.

In device manager and gpu z it shows microsoft basic display adapter,

and in msi afterburner gpu 1 is basic display adapter and gpu 2 is empty.

Tried geforce experience, Lenovo drivers but it didn't work what can I do to fix this?

Are you sure you buy the Ideapad s145 with the NVidia Dedicated Graphics? because there are two versions, one is without the NVidia Dedicated Graphics, and other one has NVidia Dedicated Graphics.

Check you receipt, if they (the seller) made the mistake, contact them to get the right one. If you made the mistake, ask them you can exchange the computer or not, or use the computer with intel uhd 620.

For the intel UHD 620, you need to install the driver, you can get the driver from intel or lenovo site.
