Windows not detecting second drive after cable management

So I just completed making some adjustments to my cable management for my desktop and now Windows 10 fails to detect one drive or the other. My primary drive and the secondary drive both have windows 10 installs on them as I'm currently still migrating files from the HDD to the SSD and still need to access some of the software and files on the HDD whilst running the install on the SSD. In my boot setup both drives are detected and bootable and booting correctly. The issue comes as before re managing my cables with the SSD set as the primary boot I could still read and access the files on the HDD from explorer. Now the second drive doesn't show in explorer or disk managment.

Do both drives appear in BIOS? Also, be sure to correctly identify both drives in the 'Boot Order' section of your BIOS menu. Depending on what m/b manufacturer you have, it might take visiting each Tab to ensure you have defined the two drives to their respective order or responsibility. Once that is done, Save your changes to BIOS and boot up as normal. Also, if you have the SSD set to AHCI mode and it applies to the HDD, it won't show up. You might have to run in IDE mode while you move your data over and once you have gotten everything off of the HDD, you can reformat the drive under AHCI.

I have now got it working. All the bios settings for drives and the correct boot priorities were correct originally however whilst looking to see if the drives were detected properly (they were) I notcied that the HDD was in a different SATA port. After changing it to a different port windows detected it again perfectly fine. I don't know if it's a flaw with my motherboard (it's a bad m/b tbh) or if the port wasn't functioning properly but it now works fine.
