Windows not genuine and no internet.

Suddenly my USB mic stopped working. I searched up how I could fix it and I found that I could type in /sfc scannow into cmd to fix it. My PC rebooted and I came back with a "Windows is not genuine" (something like that). Now I can't connect to Internet. Would I have to reinstall Windows?

From "Amazon", or an Amazon reseller?
There's a difference. The resellers are often no better than some random dude on ebay.

If actual Amazon, contact Microsoft.

USAFRet is right, you have to be careful with Amazon these days as the item you buy isn't always sold and dispatched by Amazon.
