Ok so for some reason my Windows 7 is saying it isn't genuine after doing sfc scannow. So far I've looking at multiple resources and tried a couple ways to fix it.

-Changing Plug and Play startup in RSOP to automatic
When I try to change it the option to change is grayed out and I cant click on anything

-Deleting KB971033 update for windows
Deleted this and restarted but didn't fix anything

-SLMGR -REARM
When I try this it says
"On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a
0xC004FE00' to display the error text.
Error 0xC004FE00"

This is pretty annoying and I need some help in getting it fixed

Solution
I had a similar problem after rolling back from Windows 10 (AMD driver support not there).

*I contacted Microsoft and they solved my problem. There should be a link that pops up as part of the non-genuine info that guides you toward who to contact.

I used the CHAT option because they could SCAN my computer and fix the issue right there.

(What about upgrading to Windows 10?)

Yes it is, I had a disk with a genuine key that I used when I made this computer in 2014. I have no idea where the disk is though.

I talked with someone from Microsoft and they got my key and helped me remove the error. Thanks
