Question Windows not picking up a raid array

I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 5 1600 with an MSI B450 pro-M2.
I wanted to use 2 x 2tb WD red drives in raid 0 so I followed the instructions and set up the array in BIOS. After booting into windows off of my SSD I wanted to initialize the array but I could not find either of the drives under Disk manager or Device manager. I am probably making a simple mistake but if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Did this Windows install exist from the previous build? If so, then that is your first problem.
