windows does not show all my ram memory I have. I tried CPU z and it showed me 24 gigs of ram and dual channel this is the ram I bought https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232219&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=. This is my PC specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4GmmWD. I have some knowledge with the bios but not a lot. I tried to take out my ram sticks and put them back in but it didn't work.

Test the sticks on at a time to make sure all four are good, Then add them as specified in the MB manual. 32GB- 8GB = 24GB so either one of the sticks is bad, one of them is not seated correctly, or you have one bad slot on the MB
