Hello, my system has been behaving strangely the past two days. It was working fine this morning but clicking the Windows icon nor the search bat at the bottom left has no respond. Sometimes clicking the Edge symbol launched the browser but not this afternoon. Clicking on files or folders icon on the desktop work. However, clicking x on the top right cannot close the file nor folder. Left clicking and dragging the top of a window also cannot move a window. Force reboot a few times but still the same. It is not a mouse problem as I have tried another mouse. What is wrong and please let me know how to fix it.

Probably not as right mouse button works and I have tried both wired and wireless mice. Definitely not a problem with the mouse. It is some sort of stability issues with Windows.

You can try to close the window using the keyboard. Alt+F4 key combination.

Also update your video driver.
Check system for errors using chkdsk
