Recently I m facing this weird issue with my system.
I takes a long time to boot.
Like 7 mins and
When i click on shut down button or restart button it doesn't works.
So i have to press crtl+alt+del and then shutdown each time.
Also i tried reinstalling windows or resetting windows but none of them works. It just pops no further procedure window to move on to next step.

Else it works quite ok with performance.

Pc specs:
I5 6402p
Gtx 1050 ti
H100m s2 gigabyte motherboard.
500 gb Hdd + 250 gb (old crappy hdd from my old pc which it detects sometimes or not).
Corsair 400 w power supply
8gb of ram(which i dont know is inserted in second slot of ram, does it matter?)

It could be related to the failing HDD.
If Windows was installed while both disks were connected, then it might have installed booting partition on both disks.

Save your files and just leave one HDD connected and re-install Windows.

If the RAM was in slot #2 and it was working fine, then that should not be the issue, even thought its recommended to be inserted in slot #1 (closest to CPU)

But i m sure windows was installed on one disk only leaving one disk disconnected.
