1 Win NT Server has SQL Server running too, computer is
running fine the first day but by the end of the week
server is getting slower and become worse that u cannot
move the mouse even. Harddisk space and RAM is fine, and
there is no fragmentaion too.

If i restart it , it works fine for 2-3 days that the
performance starts deteroriating again and by the end of
the week it happens again.

What is the problem and solution?

Sounds like a memory leak. You can use Task Manager and or Performance
monitor to see what is consuming the mem/cpu
