You cannot reinstall Windows NT4 like you can with Win9x and have things
still work. This will break a lot of stuff and a reinstall of all
applications will be required. This is not advised as this reinstall may not
even work without formatting. You best bet is to install into a different
directory and preferably a different partition than the original install and
then reinstall all apps. This is of course all based on the fact that you do
not want to reformat the drive during this reinstall.
