I have a machine with windows professional wordstation las version 5, my
question is; Can I upgrade this machine to windows advantage server, what
will be the problems if exist, where can I get a tips to do it?

There is no supported upgrade path from any version of workstation to any
version of server.

You cannot directly upgrade. You essentially have to do a new install.
You don't have to wipe out your data files. You can install Server to a
different directory and reinstall other software. You will need to
reconfigure things, but your data should be OK.
