I’ve done that 3 times now it’s not working in the image I sent earlier you can see there’s only unallocated space leftDisk 0 - Delete ALL those partitions, leaving one blank space.
I do not know why "Disk 1" is appearing. If hat is the actual thing you are installing from, it should NOT be there.
1. THat shows a lot of 'partitions'.unplugged the usb with installation media and refreshed and it disappeared so its definitely the installation usb![]()
Next time, try a different USB port.unplugged the usb with installation media and refreshed and it disappeared so its definitely the installation usb
I was thinking the same thing . Partition with 700kb1. THat shows a lot of 'partitions'.
2. In all my Win 10/11 installs, I've never seen the install USB as a location to install to.
Something is 'not right'.
Did the first thing several times and the second thing aren’t I already doing that by just running the tool regardless of if I formatted it before handDelete ALL of the Disk 0 partitions.
When using the Media Creation Tool, just select the target USB drive and let the tool itself format the drive you will use to install Windows from.
