Windows on new partition, same drive?

Hi, so i want to make so that there is a partition on my C disk, where there is only windows itself, no games or anything, just windows. I have a 1TB drive and currently there is windows and all my files installed on this disk, is it possible that i make like 300Gb partition on my C disk, and slowly move all my files, games to the empty partition, and on the main C drive partition i leave only windows folder? Afterwards i slowly increase the Partition where i moved my games to.. ?

I hope that you can understand what i mean, it's pretty hard to explain. 😀 Any ideas?

be thing to do would be to just uninstall what ever games or programs you want on the new drive (We will call it D drive for now) and then use some partitioning software to shrink the drive, then make a new partition, and just reinstall your games there.

why is the purpose of this though?
