Windows on usb

Hello, I recently bought a usb adapter that allows me to connect any hard drive to it and use it on my computer, What im wondering is how to install a fresh copy of windows to that hard drive, so when I plug it into another computer it will be ready to go.

Windows Setup does not support installing to a USB device, the hard drive will not be available for you to choose it when you run Windows Setup to install Windows. The hard drive must be installed internally.

Beside that, due to the drivers that load when you install windows, the probability of it working on another pc is low due to the different drivers that are needed.
