Windows only booting to UEFI:Built in EFI shell

Hello, I moved my desktop into a different room and when i did it is only allowing me to boot to UEFI:Built in EFI shell i am unsure about what to do to fix this problem ive looked into the other threads and they say to reset cmos and bios (done both with no success) Ive also tried moving what sata port my hard drives use on the motherboard. And lastly i moved the ram to different slots

It seems like my boot options are gone and there is only override for the UEFI option.

Go into the BIOS look for it. I cant tell you where it is I dont have the same mobo

in my bios it doesnt list any of my harddrives only [uefi hard disk] with nothing else.

Thats what I meant so is it on UEFI : name off hdd as the bootdisk
