Hello,

I built my pc a few days ago and windows 10 cannot use my 16 gb. It says that half of it is hardware reserved. If i boot my pc with one of the sticks, the computer works without problems. But with the other stick, my pc don't boot.
I've used memtest and both sticks are fine. My bios, CPU-Z and Typhoon recognizes my 16 RAM. There isn't any limitation on msconfig btw.

Your English is fine.

Go back to the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

Doublecheck how you are physically installing the RAM modules.

When using only one RAM stick and one slot which slot works?

All my slots are fine with one of the sticks. With the other, none of the slots works.

When using just one stick, i install it on my first slot. When using two sticks, i use my first and my third slots (i've tried using the second and the fourth but it's the same result).
