Question Windows only recognizes half of my RAM.

Hello,

I built my pc a few days ago and windows 10 cannot use my 16 gb. It says that half of it is hardware reserved. If i boot my pc with one of the sticks, the computer works without problems. But with the other stick, my pc don't boot.
I've used memtest and both sticks are fine. My bios, CPU-Z and Typhoon recognizes my 16 RAM. There isn't any limitation on msconfig btw.

Motherboard GIGABYTE AB350-DS3H V2;
Ryzen 1600 AF;
Crucial Ballistix 2x8 2666mhz ;
Asrock RX 570 8gb OC.

All my slots are fine with one of the sticks. With the other, none of the slots works.

When using just one stick, i install it on my first slot. When using two sticks, i use my first and my third slots (i've tried using the second and the fourth but it's the same result).

Take a close look at the Motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

There may be a requirement that the first installed RAM module must be installed in a specific slot.

First slot. The second stick should be on third slot. Everything's fine on mobo.

Going to go back a step: were the RAM modules from a kit?

That being they (2 x 8GB modules) arrived to together for Dual Channel use. One package with both RAM modules inside?

Who was the seller?

Yep, it was a 2x8 kit from Crucial. I bought It on a big hardware store called Kabum (Brazil).
