Windows opening programs

Earlier today, I booted Up my computer And opened Word to write an essey, but when I started typing, random programs started popping up.
I discovered a pattern -> E = the filesystem (I don't know what it's called in English)
R = the run program window
W = windows ink workspace
Q = Search
I = settings
and many more
I suspect that the latest windows update is the culprit, but I don't know.
It is almost impossible for me write anything because if this.
