I plan on booting my Pc Tomorrow, but i Don't have windows Disc, But I Know someone selling legit keys, so do i need a disc or can i just type in the code? not sure...
If you have access to genuine Windows 7 or 8 disk but no key you can have a (short) free trial of Windows, then when your Windows disk + key arrive you can activate the Windows.
Just make sure you buy exactly the same version as you use to install windows.
Retail Windows usually comes with both 32 & 64 bit disks but OEM versions only 32 or 64 bit disks
I have never heard of genuine and legal Windows keys beying sold seperately from the disk and COA unless it is a downloadable iso of Windows from Microsoft.
BUT Microsoft will sell Office keys & COA to activate free trials often found on new PC's & Laptops
(COA = Certificate of Authenticity)
MS keys probably leaking out of Action Pack supscription service which are for PC...

No, you almost certainly do not know someone who is selling legit keys.

"someone selling" and "legit" should probably not be used in the same sentence.
You will need to burn a Windows ISO file to a boot disk or thumb drive, then enter a legit key, to install properly.
The cheapest way to buy a true "legit" copy of windows, is to get a "system builder" copy of windows from Newegg or similar. The system builder version is good for one PC only, compared to a retail copy which can typically be installed on more than one PC, such as a desktop and a laptop (the point is, you buy one copy for a single owner's multiple devices). You need to read your corresponding Window version EULA to do it right - I'm far too lazy to do it for you 😉
