Windows Password won’t work and choose and option won’t work

When I start my computer, my pc starts up fine but when I enter my password it doesn’t work, I go into choose an option by pressing restart + shift and I try wipe my pc and remove all files and my monitor turns off and all my USB ports stop working, so I press the power button to restart my pc, then it takes me back to the startup screen, so I repeat the process but I try any other thing in choose an option and it all does the same thing of turning off my monitor and all my USB, I didn’t change my password or anything I just need help
