Dear TH,

I have installed Windows PE (Preinstallation Environment) on an old XP laptop to use it to ping and check the status of one of my servers (pinging etc). Now I would like to monitor this without having to be at the actual location. I was thinking of using TeamViewer on it. I know this is possible, though it takes some knowledge and time...

I have tried many things but they all seem to fail. Does anyone have experience with using TV on a Windows PE?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Thank you for answering. I really hope you stick around with me if possible.

Exactly which commands would I have to use? Like how do I get acces to my TV files. I can not type in: ''D: start TeamViewer\TeamViewer.exe'' (for example) because I am on a system account and not a user account. Like how do I start the application through Win.PE?

Thanks in advance!

sorry i forgot this was the official windows PE off MS website. i found a rescue like disk that has team viewer on it called gandolf's windows 10 PE. this is a custom version of windows 10 PE with a lot of free utilities on it including teamviewer and it sets up an internet connection for you.
